Patricia Betts

Music, especially choral singing, has been an important part of Patricia’s life. She has sung with auditioned choirs, community groups, and schools both in England, from whence she came to Canada 55 years ago, and in Nova Scotia over the past 34 years. Her passion for music has also enabled her to support choral singing by taking on administrative roles as a member of the Board and Executive of the Nova Scotia Choral Federation, choir librarian, and volunteering for the Front of House for different choirs. Having sung alto with the Aeolian Singers and the Cape Breton Chorale, her recent choral experiences include singing tenor with Dartmouth Choral Society, St. Andrew’s UC choir, Jubilate Singers, and Dalhousie Collegium Cantorum. She is excited about now taking on the role of joint Front of House Manager with Camerata.
