Mackenzie Rodgerson

Mackenzie is a recent bachelor of music in voice graduate from the Fountain School of Performing Arts. She began singing in various choirs throughout Halifax at age 9, and voice lessons at 11. She has had the chance to participate in provincial honour choirs since elementary school, as well as the Dalhousie Chorus, where she held a section lead position, and sang many featured solos. She has performed in the Royal International Nova Scotia Tattoo, and for King Charles! Her choral experience ranges from jazz, to classical, to modern works. While at Dalhousie she studied classical voice and Musical Theatre/contemporary music. She had the opportunity to portray Tracy Turnblad in a production of Hairspray, as well as Annie in Annie!
