After graduating from Westminster Choir College in 1975, Bill Perrot left Petersburg, Virginia, and headed to Auburn, Nova Scotia to teach music at West Kings. Eventually that job morphed into a full time English position and finally retirement after 34 years of teaching in the same school. While Bill had done some work with Camerata through the years, it was retirement in 2009 that gave him the opportunity to be a regular singer in the choir. Bill is the founding conductor of Kings Chorale and the Co-Artistic Director of Nova Voce, Nova Scotia’s provincial men’s choir. He appreciates the challenges Camerata has offered him over the years and looks forward to many more of the same.
